Leeches and Rejuvenation
Leeches have been used for medical purposes for over three thousand years. Almost every book on hirudotherapy contains this information, but few people know that in ancient China imperial court doctors have used leeches to prepare anti-aging treatments.
A person’s age is first judged by appearance, especially skin condition. It is no wonder then that our first inquiries were in this area. It turned out that the main reason behind the aging of the skin is a dysfunction of skin cells.
